Medical Treatment & Quality

Are the hospitals JCI accredited?

Yes. We exclusively partner with hospitals that hold JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation or the national Grade 3A certification (the highest level in China). These standards ensure patient safety, hygiene, and clinical excellence match or exceed Western institutions.

Do doctors speak English?

Your primary consultants and professors speak English. For daily interactions with nursing staff, we provide a dedicated 24/7 personal medical interpreter who accompanies you throughout your hospital stay to ensure zero communication gaps.

Can I get a second opinion before traveling?

Absolutely. We offer a 'Remote Assessment' service where you upload your medical records (MRI, CT, reports). Our specialists will review them within 24-48 hours and provide a preliminary treatment plan and cost estimate free of charge.

What specialized treatments are available?

China is a global leader in CAR-T Cell Therapy (Oncology), Stem Cell Therapy (Neurology), Robotic Surgery (Orthopedics/Urology), and Integrative TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) for chronic condition management.

Travel & Logistics

Do I need a medical visa?

Yes. Once your treatment plan is confirmed, the hospital issues an official Medical Invitation Letter. You can use this document to apply for an S1/S2 visa (medical stay) at your local Chinese embassy. Our team guides you through every step.

Will someone meet me at the airport?

Yes. Our VIP concierge team provides airport-to-hospital transfer service. A coordinator holding a sign with your name will greet you at the arrival gate and transport you directly to your medical suite or hotel.

Where will my family stay?

Most of our partner hospitals offer VIP suites with an extra bed for a companion. Alternatively, we can book trusted hotels near the clinic at corporate rates. We assist with accommodation for all accompanying family members.

Costs & Payment

How much can I save compared to the US?

On average, medical costs in China are 40-60% lower than in the US or UK for equivalent high-tech procedures. For example, CAR-T therapy in the US costs $400k+, while in China it ranges from $45k to $65k.

Are there hidden fees?

No. We provide a transparent, itemized cost estimate before you travel. This includes surgery, hospital stay, medication, and nursing. Any potential extra costs (e.g., if complications arise) are discussed openly in advance.

Does my insurance cover treatment in China?

It depends on your provider. Many international plans (Cigna, Bupa, Aetna) cover emergency and elective care in our JCI-accredited centers. We can assist you in preparing the necessary claims documentation.
