1. Scope of Services
China Health International Consulting Ltd. acts as a medical facilitator. We are not a medical provider. Our services include:
- Coordinating medical consultations and appointments.
- Providing translation services (documents and in-person).
- Assisting with travel logistics (visa, accommodation, transfers).
The actual medical services are provided by independent third-party hospitals and doctors. We do not control or direct the medical decisions made by these providers.
2. No Medical Advice
The information provided on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
3. Payment Terms
- Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required to secure VIP appointments or surgery slots.
- Medical Fees: All medical fees are paid directly to the hospital. We do not mark up medical costs.
- Service Fees: Our facilitation fees (if applicable for concierge packages) are transparently quoted in your Service Agreement.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund of the deposit, minus any bank processing fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee charged by the hospital.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, China Health International Consulting Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the medical treatment provided by third-party hospitals.
